Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total.
This policy helps protect time reserved specifically for you and allows me to accommodate other clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
